I have another crafty Pinterest Pick to share with you today. This one would be great for the upcoming holiday season!

Found on Pinterest here.
So cute, and so simple. Plus, I think you could easily turn this into a hybrid printable project by using some digital scrapbook label elements or subtle patterned papers as the base. You could even get more crafty by embellishing them with inks, stamps or other goodies!

Hello scrappers! I have a wonderful new font find to share with you today!

Download Pretty Tomato
I was drawn to it’s freehand feel and whimsical style. I had one small issue with this font, however, and that was the kerning seemed off. I just tweaked it a bit after I typed out my journaling in Photoshop and was totally happy with the results. It makes for an interesting journaling font! I also used it for the date in the header of my layout:

The gallery at Scrap Orchard contains a wealth of inspiration, no matter what your scrapping style or taste! If you haven’t checked it out recently, you should set aside some time to browse soon! Make a nice cup of tea or coffee, put on some inspiring music and get ready to be inspired!
Speaking of inspiring layouts, check out this beautiful work of art by Lynnette!
Sweet Violet by Lynnette

Don’t you love her whimsical title work and choice of patterned papers to highlight this precious photo? Hop over to the gallery to check out her layout and leave her some Layout Love!
Until next week – keep posting those layouts, it could be yours featured next time!

I’m back with another Pinterest Pick! I am an avid, daily reader so as soon as I saw these I knew they’d be a perfect feature post! I also thought they would be a great seasonal craft to make with the kids, especially with Halloween coming up, since the ones in the sample look like little monsters chewing your page corners! It would be super cute to print out some of your favorite halloween digital scrapbook papers and elements to use to decorate these!

Found on Pinterest here. Original content from I Could Make That.
I think the eyeballs and the papers from my Hot Halloween kit would be perfect for these little monsters!
Have you made these using your Digital Scrapbook supplies? I’d love to see your results!

I’ve got another great font to share with you today. It’s a totally cute handwritten font that works wonderfully at small sizes, as it has a clean style. It certainly doesn’t lack personality, though! Let’s check it out!

Download Carnala
Since October is the month for all things creepy crawly, I thought I’d use this font paired with my Hot Halloween kit & trashed papers to scrap my step-daughter Myah’s creepy halloween costume choice from last year.

Enjoy your new free font!

I’ve been spending more time recently browsing through the gallery at Scrap Orchard, and am always overwhelmed by the beautiful and inspiring digital scrapbook layouts I come across!
I decided it would be selfish of me NOT to share some of my favorites so that YOU could be inspired, too, so with that in mind, I’ve created a new weekly feature: Layout Loving!
This week, I want to show you this lovely layout by navaja77:
I adore her journaling and how she’s accented her page with the tire tracks and other fun elements.
Why not go and leave her some Layout Love yourself?
See you next week — who knows, it could be your layout we are all loving!
